Sholanke Adeshina Olalekan, a Chemical Engineering graduate from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger state with over 18 years of experience in aluminium extrusion and surface treatment technology (powder coating and anodizing). Joined the company as a management trainee and gained experience in all production units from planning to packing.
Sholanke subsequently headed the surface finishing department and is currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager. Trained as an aluminium surface technology specialist in powder coating from GEMA and IGP Switzerland. Certified in manufacturing operations, planning, management, and control, and is currently focusing on mastering engineering management.

He has over twenty-one years in managerial roles, he has a proven track record of achieving results and earning awards. His expertise includes developing effective sales strategies and operational solutions that have increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved cash flow and company turnover. He possesses the practical skills, hands-on experience, and educational background necessary to significantly impact and drive organisational objectives.

- Over twenty-one years of experience in sales management, marketing, operations, and finance, during which he has also trained numerous company sales executives.
- Strong educational background with a Higher National Diploma in Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Distinction), and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from ESUT Business School. Additionally, he holds the prestigious Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through overseeing and controlling system and operational improvement projects across multiple locations. This includes his tenure at United Multi-Distribution Company in Enugu as General Manager, and at West African Tobacco Ltd as Regional Sales Manager for the South East, where he received the Managing Director’s award for two consecutive years. At FMCG Distribution Limited, Nigeria’s second-largest sales, marketing, and distribution company, he served as Divisional Sales Manager for North Central, earning awards for outstanding performance.
- During my time at FMCG, he expanded the company’s business, leading to the opening of branches in Abakaliki, Uyo, and Calabar. He was instrumental in discovering, developing, and introducing the award-winning Captain Jack Café Rum, which contributes up to 50% of the company’s alcohol beverage sales. He has successfully launched and grown sales for over twenty FMCG products, including alcohol, cigarettes, cosmetics, non-alcoholic beverages, hygiene products, premium spirits, tobacco products, toiletries, confectionery, seasonings, lighters, matches, soap, and detergent.
He also served as National Sales Manager for New Generation Investment Limited, a leading indigenous hair beauty manufacturer (Lolita). He is currently the Divisional Head of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at Nigeria Aluminum Extrusion Limited (NIGALEX)

Samuel Nteyen has 20 years experience spanning across External and Internal Auditing, Internal Control and Compliance, Business Process Design and implementation, Risk Management Design and Implementation, Investigations, Commercial Finance Business Partnering, Supply Chain Business Partnering, Financial Operations, Financial Reporting, Project Evaluation and Management, Treasury Operation and Management, Inventory Control and Management and Taxation in Church Gate Group, Transerve Disc Technologies Limited, Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, Unilever Nigeria Plc, SabMiller Group, International Breweries Limited (AB Inbev Group), Evans Industries Limited (Ekulo Group) and presently in the Nigerian Aluminium Extrusions Limited. Samuel started his career in Church Gate Group in February 2003 and has worked and spent 17 out of 20 years of his career in the manufacturing industry in the Nigerian economy. Samuel joined Nigerian Aluminium Extrusions Limited, first as the Head, Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management in January 2023, due to transformation exercise in the organisation I was moved to my current role as the Financial Controller of the organisation in June 2023. In AB InBev, I led the control team in West Africa to design a series of financial processes and reports to be embedded in the SAP S4/HANA before the roll out and implementation of the ERP. In Evans Industries Limited, I designed the business processes for the development, deployment and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and also doubled as the Quality Assurance Manager during the Pre – Implementation, Implementation and Post – Implementation phase of the Dynamics 365 ERP project. In the Nigerian Aluminium Extrusions Limited (NIGALEX), as the Head of Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management, I have reviewed the process of operations in order to identify the risks embedded in the operations of the business. I am a member of Manco and a member of the team saddled with the responsibility of restructuring and reengineering of the organization towards positioning it for profit maximisation, growth and a market leader in the aluminum industry in Sub Saharan Africa. I am part of the team responsible for the selection of a suitable ERP for the design and implementation and ensure that many processes of the organization are technologically driven such as E-Procurement and E-Time Attendance Management system. On assumption of duty as the Financial Controller in the organization, I am currently working towards resolving identified processes in each of the organisations’ functions and operations, Procurement, Inventory towards achieving a Cost Reduction and Cost Savings. This is geared towards achieving profitability, liquidity, expansion of the business to other locations outside Lagos in Nigeria and West Africa and gaining market share. In the course of my career, Samuel has earned seven awards from different organisations namely; Transerve Disc Technologies Limited – Best Manager of the year 2007. Mr. Felix Adeyingbo joined the services of NIGALEX in June, 2018 as the Account Manager. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of both Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), an Associate member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria. He is a certified Tax Audit and Investigation. He obtained SAP CO certification Feb 2016 at Johannesburg South Africa. He has varied experience spanning Manufacturing and Consulting. He was formerly an Assistant Management Accountant and Reporting Manager with Grand Cereals Limited (a Subsidiary of UACN Plc) and had also worked at various capacities at different times with United Africa Company of Nigeria Plc (UACN Plc) before joining NIGALEX. He has worked in acting capacity for several times as financial controller, he was promoted and confirmed as the financial controller 1st of April 2022. In June, 2023, he was assigned a strategic role to champion the company’s transformation activities which it is primarily designed towards achieving performance growth for next four (4) years and beyond. He is the current head of the special project unit. A holder of Higher National Diploma with upper credit classification in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology and Post Graduate in Education. He attended various certificates courses on leadership management, team building and strategic decision in distress economy. He is married and blessed with children.

Oluwakemi Adesola is a professional supply chain management strategist, implementer, an experienced professional in inbound and outbound logistics, strategic supplier sourcing, materials procurement, working capital and inventory management and last mile delivery management.
Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to supply chain management, demand and supply planning, forecasting and capacity planning, supply chain integration, inbound and outbound logistics management, local and international procurement, store and warehouse management, and international trade management. Furthermore, her hands-on work experience in various cross functions in the supply chain has helped to acquire top-notch and in-depth skills in the following inventory and working capital management, cost-saving and negotiation skills, strategic supplier sourcing, material requirement planning, enterprise resource planning, team builder and team player, she is a vibrant communicator, good listener, pays attention to details and a good decision maker. Aside from being a Master’s degree holder from Rome Business School, she is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management in Nigeria, a certified logistics and supply chain manager from the prestigious Africa centre for supply chain and also a post graduate diploma graduate in Logistics and supply chain management from the National Institute of Transport and Technology. She has 18 years of working experience as a supply chain expert and professional in the metal packaging manufacturing sector. She has acquired more knowledge through training, development, and practical experience. She currently has vast knowledge of digital and automated supply chains with the use of sales operation and planning technology for accurate forecasting, demand and supply planning, material ordering, production planning, and warehouse management systems. Her current supply chain experience also engages the service of third-party logistics service providers to reduce transportation costs, and risk transfer and enhance the utilisation of scarce and limited resources on primary core function to maximise profit.
